All our shipping orders are shipped Fridays. We require at least 48 hours processing time before shipment. All orders placed after 2pm process will begin the following business day. All of our products are shipped via USPS. We ship to locations within all states and the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories. Please contact us for overseas shipping arrangement and rates.

Your order must be paid in full at time order is placed. When your order is place you will receive a confirmation via email. We strongly suggest you review for any discrepancies. Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but are transferable based on availability. Please note that sales tax (7%) is added to all orders.

Sweet Thoughts cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. However, for an additional shipping cost, you can always opt to choose USPS Express shipping which is guaranteed by USPS. Once your package is accepted by the carrier, Sweet thoughts is no longer held liable for delivery delays due to weather, damages caused by carrier malfunctions and/or severe weather conditions at the delivery point, and the like. Sweet thoughts does not maintain liability for misdirected and/or delayed packages if incomplete or inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed. Due to the aforementioned factors, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds on shipped items.

Please note that shipping vendors have different policies depending on the U.S. location; please make sure you are aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination that may affect the arrival of your order.

We ask that you place your order at least 48 hours in advance for regular orders. However, for orders such as baby showers, weddings, birthday parties which requires large quantity we suggest you place order at least three weeks in advance.

We do not offer tastings but we do offer sample pack for testing.
